Systems operation is back to normal. 

As you may know by now, our data center partner changed hands and all the sites were moved to new servers. Freedom site were moved to servers which are run by Accrisoft not by the new data center and most we not affected by the move except for some with email problems.

We have rebuilt almost all our customers emails and fixed hundreds of problems from DNS settings to missing files. While we believe we have identified and corrected all the problems there is always a possibility we have missed something. IIf you are still experiencing problems please read the information below before creating a support ticket.

If you are experiencing email problems please provide an alternate email address to reach you at such as gmail.
 
Unfortunately many domains are registered with a registrar not affiliated with JMS such as Network Solutions or GoDaddy and we can not change the name servers or edit the DNS. Therefore customer whose domains are not registered with JMS need to change their name server delegation. If your website falls in that category please go to your registrar and change the nameservers to:
 
ns1.yourwebhosting.com
ns2.yourwebhosting.com
 
Customers who do not use JMS for email should find their email restored once their nameservers have been updated. Unfortunately the migration software did not preserve passwords. We will contact each customer to provide new passwords and instructions. If you have an independent email address such as Gmail please send it to us in a support ticket to expedite getting you the information.
