SYSTEM WIDE OUTAGES
Multiple websites are down or experiencing problems

We are experiencing multiple outages resulting from the move to new hardware. Some sites are down while other may be experiencing email issues. Read more about the changes in the previous article.

We are working to rectify the problems as soon as possible please be patient.

Please note that domains which are registered with a registrar not affiliated with JMS such as Network Solutions or GoDaddy and your site or email is down, please go to your registrar and change the nameservers to:
 
ns1.yourwebhosting.com
ns2.yourwebhosting.com
 
Customers who do not use JMS for email should find their email restored once their nameservers have been updated. Unfortunately the migration software did not preserve passwords. We will contact each customer to provide new passwords and instructions. If you have an third party email provider such as Gmail please send it to us in a support ticket to expedite getting you the information.
